Check-In / Check-Out Time

Our check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 11.00 am. Early check-in & late check-out is subject to room availability.Late check-out beyond 16.00 hrs will be charged one nights’ room rate.

Children & Infants

Infants and children below the age of 6 years will be complimentary on the adult plan without any extra bed. However if the child is above 7 years old, breakfast charges will be applicable. If an extra bed is required, then the prevailing extra person rates apply.

Room Occupancy

Deluxe Room : Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 1 child. Max. 1 extra bed.
Premium Room : Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 1 child. Max. 1 extra bed.

Payments & Cancellation Policy

Payments may be made by VISA or MasterCard. Payments may also be made to our bank account in Goa or by cheque payable at par / demand draft.
For cancellations received 14 days or more 100% refund; 7 days or more 50% refund; less than 7 days in advance of arrival no refund No refund for cancellations on bookings during the month of December up to 1st January.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date, after which they will be released unless part/full payment is received.
